Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a United States citizen;
- Have completed their undergraduate degree by the program start date (September 2025), and have not yet taken graduate courses or been accepted to graduate school;
- Have an interest in marine, environmental, climate, or other geosciences; and
- Be willing to live locally or commute from a reasonable distance, as remote work is not an option.
The ACES Woods Hole staff encourage applicants from people for whom this opportunity would be transformative and/or, those with minimal or limited research experience.
Support and Benefits
ACES Woods Hole will provide:
- Up to $500 in relocation support
- Housing at Sea Education Association in a shared dormitory (Fellows may opt out of this, however, Fellows will be responsible for securing and paying for their own housing.)
- Salary of $44k/year plus benefit options (healthcare, retirement, etc.)
